When leaving home to travel to your Mountain Laurel Family Chalet and adventure in the Smoky Mountains, consider covering the back seat with a sheet or towel. This will make the area easier to clean up once you arrive to your chalet. Spills and crumbs can be removed in one easy step. Replace the sheet each time you embark on a road trip from your chalet just to keep clean up easy. Remember - Please don't litter in our beautiful Smoky Mountain Area.
GREAT Smoky Mountain Games to help with travel times!
I SPY - Let your child's imagination run wild. Give a clue about something you see and have them guess what you're talking about. There's plenty in the Smokies to see that brings new adventure to an old game!
License Plate Bingo: When traffic is at a standstill, have kids look for certain letter/number combinations on the cars beside you.
Going on a Picnic: This game of "what would you pack for your favorite picnic" keeps kids busy and builds their memory skills.
